About the project
Context and objective
I worked on organising and cataloguing the collection of the Instituto de Pesquisas e Estudos Afro-Brasileiros — IPEAFRO.
The work included developing a controlled vocabulary for cataloguing, designed to support consistent terminology in records, coherent material descriptions and information retrieval.
Work on the collection
- Organisation of materials and definition of collection processing criteria.
- Cataloguing and standardisation of records.
